Digital Products
Because digital downloads are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital coloring pages.
Physical Journals
If your journal arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to replace the damaged item.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind - Accidental purchases - Normal wear after use
Shipping Policy
Printed journals are processed as quickly as possible.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.
